Being a discerning foodie, I was thrilled by the gastronomic delights the hotel had to offer. the authentic Kaiseki cuisine curated by the esteemed chef Nobuhiko Fukuda was a true culinary masterpiece, showcasing seasonal ingredients in a simple yet elegant manner. the onsite restaurant and the Pastry Shop also impressed with a delightful array of sweets and baked goods, each lovingly crafted to perfection. the hotel's attention to detail extended beyond the culinary realm. the sauna facilities were on point, a rare gem in the world of luxury hotels.
